You have to find the Pashto grammer books translated in english by Dr.M.Zyar , Dr,Abdurahim Ilham, Dr. Nabi Misdaq , Dr.Gauhar Rahman Gauhar , Sadudin Shpoon, Dr.Stanakzai and some others like them.
those are the professional intillectuals who have had their PHD in Afghani language and have researched on both English and Afghan languages.
